* Mr Ayo Ajayi (B.sc, M.inf.Sc, MBA)

Ayo Ajayi graduated from University of Ibadan with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and later obtained Masters degree in Information Science From the same University. He attained the position of Assistant Vice President at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Plc before he proceeded to Aston Business School where he earned an MBA specializing in Strategic Management. He was a key member of the team that spearheaded several value-added e-business products in Zenith bank. Among others he was involved in several landmark transactions such as $2.1bn syndication for Obajana cement. He also led the development of key distributorship products for major manufacturers like Dangote Group, British American Tobacco, and Flour mills of Nigeria in both Zenith and FCMB. Ayo is widely traveled and has attended courses and conferences locally & internationally in Britain, France and West Africa. He is a member of AMBA, IBC and CMI

* Niyi Ologunleko (B.Sc., MMP, Ct. BD)
He has a mastery of the key Go-To-Market functions (Customer Business Development, Sales Management, Trade Marketing and Channel Management) of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Telecoms sectors. He has almost 15 years of business management experience, working cross-functionally in Ghana and Nigeria for Procter & Gamble - a Fortune 500 American multinational corporation - and MTN Communications, Africa’s largest mobile telephone network. At P&G, he led the company’s successful entry into Togo and Benin Republic while doubling the Ghana business within a year. At MTN, he built the Northern Nigeria business from less than 5% contribution to national volume to over 20% within three years. As a consultant, he has developed and facilitated scores of training courses in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Creative Thinking to such clients as BAT, MTN and the Nigerian Federal Government. Niyi Ologunleko holds both a B.Sc. and Master of Managerial Psychology (MMP) degrees, both from the University of Ibadan as well as the Certificate in Business Dynamics from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands. He has also passed through several professional training programs in the UK, Switzerland, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria (including the Lagos Business School) and Ghana; covering such areas as business strategy, sales management, creative thinking, leadership / people development and communication skills. Niyi is a very imaginative, energetic and open-minded personality who combines best-in-class thinking with excellent follow-through. He remains a very useful resource to key government agencies and newspaper business editors on SME development.

* Niyi Adeyemo (B.Tech, MBA)
A trained Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from the prestigious Aston Business School, he is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He has attended various management training courses at the Pan-African Lagos Business School and other reputable training organizations. His industrial experience spans manufacturing, information technology, non-government organization and international membership organization. Niyi’s functional experiences are in the areas of manufacturing operations and process improvement, growth strategy consulting, information & communication technology, business development and Human Capital Development.

* Chief Micheal Andrew Olorunfemi - Chairman

Chief M. A Olorunfemi is a seasoned technocrat, a role model and reference point for integrity in business and leadership in Nigeria. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan and holds a Masters degree from the London School of Economics. He was a former Group Executive Director in NNPC and was in charge of NAPIMS the arm that is responsible for overseeing the Nigerian Upstream Sector. He has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry including his experience in OPEC as The Director of Research of the Secretariat in Austria between 1989 and 1993. He was the Nigerian National Representative in OPEC from 1977 to 1988. He was the first Chairman of the Nigeria Engineering and Technical Company (NETCO) a subsidiary of NNPC between 1988 and 1989. He was the first Deputy Group Managing Director of NNPC in charge of Corporate Service between 1988 and 1989. As part of his corporate social responsibility Chief M.A Olorunfemi recently established a foundation called 'Michael Andrew Olorunfemi Foundation' to distribute books to universities in Nigeria.

* Wale Agbeyangi - Director

WALE has varied experience in capital market covering stockbroking, capital issues and financial advisory services spanning over 13 years. He worked with Great Africa Trust Limited and later moved to Meristem Securities Limited from where he started up Cordros Capital Limited as the Managing Director He has a background in Law with a Masters degree (LL.M), an MBA and he is an Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

* Epelle Enya Mbong - Director
"Enya Epelle is a graduate of History from the University of Calabar. 
She has worked in the private sector for about 10 years and is currently 
the Regional Manager (North) of Shipshape Cleaners Ltd, a fast growing 
industrial cleaning company with Head office in Lagos and branch offices 
in Abuja and Port-Harcourt. She is also the Executive Director of the 
Albino Foundation, a non-profit organization with a mission to help the 
plight of albinos in the country, founded by her husband, Mr Jake 
Epelle."
